Hello all, I'd like to make an alt focused on trying to solo my way through all of the guardian raids as I proceed through the tiers. For story, start with a dps class. It's still doable with a support but it goes through much faster if you have a dps that has large aoes or that has higher movement speed/skills. I went from Berserker to Soulfist. I may MVP way more on Berserker but Soulfist is so damn fun and satisfying, gives off such a strong Dragonball vibe. Spirit bomb, martial arts, kamehameha, power ups similar to Super Saiyan.Deathblade is really fun. I feel like I'm playing a Bayonetta/DMC type of game where I try to go for the most stylish kills possible without letting the enemies touch the ground. Also the skills just flow really well together. It's a lot less "assassin" than I was expecting, but it's still really fun. Honorable mentions are Paladin and Sorc. Actually there are 7 sharpshooters in top 100 right now in KR. Seems to me like Paladin is the worst as there is only 1 paladin in the top 100. They are the most annoying class to deal with. Scouter - Transformation class with a static rotation after, looks cool but not complicated. Reaper - Bounce across the entire screen and look cool or kill yourself, damage feel meh for effort. Gunslinger feels way more fluid, their skills look cooler, and the damage uptime is FAR easier on Gunslinger than Deadeye. The burst is just so satisfying, shes like one punchman for pve. Scrapper has a cult following in Korea. I'm main Gunslinger and have as alts a DB, Zerk, Shadowhunter, Sorc and waiting for the Lancemaster. And by far for me the most fun to play is the GS, i just love her mobility and stylish skills, just waiting for the Reaper that is my favorite class of all of them. Byebyeitsanamg. Tanky but can do a good bit of damage. But, to be honest, they are all good at solo. Play what you want without worrying about who is better. But half of lost ark player base jsut want to get bussed anyway so they don't care. There's definitely an issue with how paladins are generally perceived. No argument that it's an easy class to play, because it's straightforward but that does't necessarily make it boring. An important thing to remember is that gunlancer scales extremely well with engravings, especially blue lancer - since your shield is basically always up (if you have specialization & time your shout right) a lot of the negatives to engravings are basically negligible. If by flashy you mean visual effects, then most flashy class in soulfist, by far. DBZ inspired class after all. So try to level it up to 50, nothing is flashier in this game. If by flashy you mean fast, agile class that has to do flashy moves and outplays, that's reaper, but reaper isn't released on AGS servers yet. In kr, striker is pure dps that quite good damage. But striker needs some several things like runes, speicality, etc. Btw i think if you feel good at striker, it is good for you to pick striker. Striker have only 2 high damage jewels so you feel good and save your money. He will strong after relic tier and 33333.So yeah Demonic will probably be the least popular from the ones you picked (but still middle of the pack) as for most popular overall i would say Sorceress (very overhyped for NA/EU launch and classic mage dps design), Blade, Gunslinger, Berserker and Bard. 3. The test a class function not really representative of many classes since it just gives you the base 8 abilities you get after going through the prologue. Each class in lost ark has two class engravings, or two different play styles/builds to chose from. Picking an assassin to play is essentially picking 1/6 not 1/3. I would recommend playing what you enjoy over what sounds like the most DPS since at the end of the day, whoever has the best gear will do the most damage.The class can stay at mid range and just dish out damage even if the guardian gets in your face you can just shield or use a ability with protection ruin or one of the build in shields in the damaging abilities. Just over all a really fun class, it’s like a male sorceress but doesn’t hit as hard and can actually take a few hits. what is in your opinion the most responsive class? i play a gunslinger, which feels pretty clunky from time to time with the weapon switching. i also play a gunlancer which i really like but is slow af. now i want to try a class which feels really responsive, fast, little downtimes, not many charging skills etc. i think you get the pictureAs someone who has a lot of characters and does friends' raids for them and have played most classes. Peace maker gunslinger is the most fun for me since it gives a lot of options for different situations, and learning skill rotations for each situation is hard to master but fun to play. It has really strong burst. When you're not in hype level 3 your damage isn't very good but you can focus on peeling for teammates until you have your burst back up. I have both and bard is way more involved. Pal can be played like a DPS class that also happens to support their allies without any input from the player whatsoever (well almost, you still want to aim Godsent Law under your friends' feet but that's more of an advanced tip).
